Art Schooley's passion throughout his career has been to help advisors develop and succeed in the financial services industry. His first career saw him exceed as a Field Manager with Manulife Financial where his organization was consistently recognized as one of the top distribution organizations within the Manulife Financial network worldwide.  The reason for the success of this organization was due to his and his team’s ability to assist independent advisors in growing their practices and his willingness to mentor individuals in the financial services industry. 

Following a very successful career with Manulife Financial, Art made the decision to enter into a new career which was to provide independent one-on-one customized coaching for financial advisors and their teams.  The Personal Coach platform started on January 1, 2002 and has had a positive impact on literally hundreds of advisors since its inception.  This program is individually customized for each advisor and his/her team providing a unique offering in the financial services industry.
