Juli began coaching and training advisors in 1985 with a successful field office of a large international financial services company. During her 17-year tenure, she held a wide range of positions including Technology Consultant, Financial Planning Consultant, Training and Marketing Consultant, Sales Manager, Business Coach, and Regional Practice Management Consultant. Juli gained valuable experience in training and coaching many top advisors and their teams during that time.
From 2002 to 2004, Juli was Chief Executive Officer for a very successful financial and estate planning firm. In that role she was responsible for operations and for setting and implementing strategic plans for the firm and the firm's associated advisor teams.
Juli joined the coaching team of The Personal Coach in 2004. Since that time she has developed a great clientele of highly motivated and successful financial advisor teams. She enjoys helping people be the best they can be. Juli is passionate about people and has the ability to inspire those around her. She builds high trust relationships quickly. Her varied and strong background in the financial services industry gives her a unique understanding of the financial advisor and his/her business.
Juli served on the Board of Directors of GAMA International Canada from 2002 – 2008. GAMA International Canada is a professional association for managers and leaders in the Financial Services Industry. During her Presidency (2005-2007), the membership in Canada doubled in size.
