The Personal Coach Assessment™

 

Our company, The Personal Coach, offers one on one customized coaching, tailored to the needs of the advisor.  In order to determine the needs and a customized coaching program, the first step in our process is to conduct a full assessment of your practice by reviewing ten key areas of a sound financial services practice, called The Personal Coach AssessmentTM.  Initially, a coach will conduct The Personal Coach Assessment meeting. During the meeting the coach will personally interview you and your team, on an individual basis, in order to conduct a thorough review of your business.  We provide a written report and provide recommendations for a customized coaching program including key focus areas to move forward with.  The assessment covers the following areas:

  1. Value Proposition - reviews how you are distinguishing your services in the marketplace.
  2. Marketing and Brand Identity - a review of your existing marketing, client acquisition and brand strategies.
  3. Your Skills as an Advisor - Are your skills current with the changing needs and demands in today's environment?  Are you a trusted financial advisor?  What is your client's experience? Your New Client Acquisition methods are also reviewed.
  4. Financial Management - Do you manage your financials?  How well?
  5. Succession Planning - A review is completed to make sure you have a solid contingency and succession plan in place to make sure you get the future you warrant.
  6. Advisor Maximization - We make sure you get the return on your most valuable asset - YOU.  Productivity is the key focus here while protecting and enhancing confidence and focusing in the right areas.
  7. Team Maximization - Your team is your biggest resource.  We will review your team makeup and set the stage to coach your team to excellence.
  8. Strategy - Assess your current business plan and make recommendations to make sure you have set a solid business strategy in place that your whole team buys in to.
  9. Contact Management - Satisfied clients are the ultimate measure of success.  A review of your current contact and relationship strategy is conducted.
  10. Leadership - Today's successful advisor must be an excellent business leader as well.  We will assess your leadership abilities and determine areas for improvement.

Note: This is an assessment, not a full plan.  Minimal coaching would be involved and implementation is not included.  A customized coaching & implementation proposal will be developed at the end of the Assessment, if prudent.

Fee: $2,000 + GST (Includes a Face to Face Meeting and The Personal Coach Assessment ReportTM)
The fee will be invoiced 50% before commencement and 50% upon completion.  Travel expenses will also be invoiced to the advisor team.
