This will only take 2 minutes. Complete the 10 sections below. Read the sentence under the Not Ready column. Next read the sentence under the Ready column. Now look at the Score number from 1 to 5 in the middle. Click on the number from 1 to 5 that you think represents your current situation. The number 1 relates to Not Ready (I am comfortable with my current situation). The number 5 relates to Ready (I’m ready for coaching).
